About this timelapse

Timelapse of Construction and engineering for a neighborhood skateboard track. The Building process starts from the grassy park clearing, prepares the ground, casts the reinforced concrete foundation and completes the low quarter-pipe ramp together with the smooth running surface. Between AI architecture and local infrastructure, the site makes every stage of a useful neighborhood facility readable. Large works are not the only face of engineering: here alignments, supports and surface finishing matter. Watch the timelapse until the first skate runs and subscribe for more Rapid Build Lab builds.

The images used to create the video

Single static vertical 9:16 image for a construction timelapse. Fixed camera about 2 meters above the lawn plane, positioned in front of the open grassy area and slightly elevated, 35 mm equivalent angle of view, natural perspective, horizon at about 40 percent from the top of the frame. The framing shows a wide grassy clearing of a flat neighborhood park. On the left, at about 15 percent of the frame width, stands a large mature oak with thick trunk and broad canopy. On the right, at about 20 percent from the right edge, a light gravel path continues toward the background. In the background, center-right, a low brick building with a gabled roof is visible. The central ground is green lawn with natural packed-earth patches, grass and soil fully visible. Midday daylight, high sun, clear blue sky with a few white clouds, sharp defined shadows cast to the right. Natural photographic rendering, wide depth of field, realistic colors, image free of text and logos. The central area remains free and open, with grass and ground visible across the entire open portion.

On the prepared central ground a reinforced-concrete foundation is visible for the sliding plane and the base of the ramp, approximately 10 meters long and 4 meters wide, with steel reinforcement still exposed along the left side where the quarter-circle ramp will rise. The plane is partially leveled but incomplete, without the final smooth surface; temporary wooden formwork supports the edge of the future 80-centimeter-high ramp. Two workers wearing helmets and high-visibility vests work at the edges; a compact mini-excavator stands still on the left. Site materials and equipment remain confined to the intervention area.

The skateboard track is complete and fully visible: light-gray smooth concrete sliding plane 10 meters long and 4 meters wide, with a smooth concrete quarter-circle ramp 80 centimeters high and about 2-meter radius on the left side near the oak, finished edges. Two realistically scaled boys use the track: one descends the ramp on a skateboard, the other waits on the plane. Free space around the structure, no workers or site machinery.
